How are orders fulfilled?
LOGISTIC PARTNERS - Order fulfilment is via our logistics partners from our processing office based in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.
How long does it take for my order to arrive?
The estimated delivery time is between 10 to 21 business days. We use International Registered Airmail / DHL eCommerce.
Is my order packed discreetly?
Yes - Our products are shipped discreetly in plain, unmarked padded envelopes to protect your privacy and confidentiality at all times.
What is your estimated order processing time?
1. Orders are processed during the same workday if received before 10:00 am.
2. Orders received after 10:00 am will be processed the next workday.
3. We do not ship on weekends or holidays.
